A very interesting and engaging Brand seminar by Parichay Consultants
18th November 2013

Suneel making a point!Last Saturday I attended a Brand seminar by Suneel Agarwal of Parichay Consultants and enjoyed it immensely. Suneel is a master of audience engagement and is bang-on with his branding theories. It was a full house with everyone paying rapt attention.

Suneel?s excellent delivery partnered with a perfect presentation got the point across in the simplest fashion. Even for experienced hands this was a great reminder about what is important. We get caught up too much in the design and aesthetics and simply forget that branding is about customer experience. Suneel in his own unique way brought that home.

Here are my take-aways from this very interesting seminar.

  • Brands are what the customers think about it
  • Branding begins at conception. There is no ON/OFF switch in branding.
  • Brands are affected even by non-customer simply by their choice of choosing another brand.
  • Brands are about complete dependability rather than about logo etc.
  • Brands can have different perceptions depending on the touch points. Manage your touch points very carefully.
  • Brands are about F&B ? Flesh and blood. The people make the brand, not the colorful logo or the slick copy.
  • The why of any brand must always be to serve.
  • Brands need to be about substance rather than just buzz.

Overall a wonderful seminar and time well spent. I strongly recommend this seminar to everyone and future dates will be posted on this blog as well. For more information you can also visit? http://parichay-india.in/? or on Facebook? https://www.facebook.com/parichay.brand.
